How This One Nutrient, Boron, Can Revolutionize Your Joints
Today we’re going to talk about the nutrient boron. But before we get into that my son, Garrett, has been wearing glasses since he was six years old. He’s 12 soon to be 13 and recently decided he wanted to wear contact lenses. So, guess what? We started the process of getting him fitted for contacts. I’ve got to tell you guys. This has been quite the adventure. I’ve been wearing contacts for almost 30 years and I remember how long it took me to put them in my eyes. If you haven’t had the pleasure of putting contact lenses in your eyes, it is definitely a skill that takes some time to master. Garrett’s journey to mastering the skill of putting in his contact lenses started while he was at the eye doctor’s office.
As he was learning how to put these new contacts in, I found myself sitting there and watching him. It was a challenge as a father because it was so difficult watching my son struggle as he was trying to put on the contacts. They kept falling off the end of his finger. He couldn’t get his eye open all the way. He would bring it in, close his eye, and then the contact lenses would fall off onto the floor so he would have to rinse it off. The gal had so much patience with him. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. They were really working with him and he was getting so frustrated at the process. It took him almost an hour to be able to put one contact lenses into his eye for the first time.
A Father’s Desire to Help
I wanted so desperately to jump in there and show him how to do it. I thought if I could show him the right way to put in his contacts, then this would solve all of the frustration and struggle he was experiencing. But he didn’t want my help. I had to sit back and watch him struggle. He had to learn this thing on his own. As he became successful at putting the contact lenses in, I started thinking about things.
There is an acronym I heard for love. L.O.V.E. What it stands for is “Letting. Others. Voluntarily. Evolve.” When we love someone, we often want to fix the problem for them. But here’s the thing. It takes away from their process of learning, growth, development, and confidence. It’s through trial and error and making the mistakes. That’s how others learn to master a skill. No one can do it for them. This helps them develop patience, self-esteem, and contributes to their own growth. If I was to step in there and do it for him, I would be robbing him from that experience. Even though it’s frustrating and hard to watch him struggle, it is a necessary part of his growth and development. Because I love my son, Garrett, I have to let him voluntarily evolve.
I got to tell you, as a parent, you parents out there know this, letting go is so difficult. It is hard.
Speaking of letting go… I’ve been talking about the key nutrients in Joint Nutra Care formula two. About how they can allow you to let go of your pain pills and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories.
Before we jump into the details on Boron, I want to address a few issues I’ve been thinking about.
A Tidd-Bit of Facts
I know many of you are not going to use this information to change your life. That’s just a fact because there are three main beliefs blocking you from taking action.
One of the reasons many of you won’t start taking boron or try Joint Nutra Care is you have tried a lot of other natural supplements that just didn’t work. So, you don’t think this is going to work either. My questions are… What supplement did you try before? How long did you stick with it? How long ago was that? You have to make sure what you are taking and what you are getting is something that is very high quality. Cheap imitation basic bargain priced type supplements that have low quality are not going to work. That’s why Joint Nutra Care has been formulated in a pharmacy with the highest quality nutrients at exactly the amount listed on the label. Quality control matters when it comes to supplements.
If you’re looking for a quick fix, I’m going to tell you, all-natural supplements won’t get you there. That’s just a fact. It takes time because what you’re doing is giving your body the tools it needs to repair and regenerate itself. That doesn’t just happen overnight. It took me almost three months of consistently taking these supplements in order to see the benefits in my knee. You have to be patient and I know that’s a hard thing nowadays. If it has been several years since you tried taking joint supplements, a lot has changed. More and more research is being done and it is completely changing the joint supplement industry. If it’s been more than five years since you’ve tried these things, then all of that has changed now.
More False Beliefs
These supplements are going to cost too much or you can’t afford them. Look, I get it. I understand. But the cost of a bottle of boron is only $15 on Amazon. That is only 50 cents a day for a one-month bottle of boron. Joint Nutra Care formula two, which has everything I’ve talked about including boron, only costs $1 a day. That’s not expensive.
The third false belief is it will take too long to work. I get it. We are in a world of immediate gratification. Everything is instant and we want it now. But joint supplements take time to work, it’s just a fact. Advil, Aleve, Celebrex, and all of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain pills work faster. It’s another fact. But at what cost to your body? It’s also a fact that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory usage brings with it the risk of a heart attack and stroke. Long-term use can damage your kidneys, liver, and cause a gastrointestinal bleed, and ulcers which can cost you your life. The FDA has put out these warnings and it can even happen with a low dose taken over short periods of time. Getting that quick fix can cost you your life.
It’s like playing Russian roulette. Why would you take that chance with your life? Once the damage is done to your heart, brain, kidneys, liver, or gastrointestinal system, it can’t be fixed.
Let’s Get Real
I’m just being real with you right now. I’m trying to tell you the truth. In our country, the pharmaceutical system we have right now has been corrupted by the desire for more and more profits. The pharmaceutical companies have no desire to help heal or fix your condition because they want you to be dependent on their drug for life. They know Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, and all over-the-counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatories and pain pills are not going to fix your problem. This, in turn, requires you to keep taking them. That puts more money in their pockets. They know the health risks to you. They know they’re there. The FDA has put those on the warning labels. They know if you have a heart attack, stroke, liver, stomach, or kidney problem you’re going to have to take another medicine for it and guess who makes it? The pharmaceutical companies.
They are killing this country. Don’t get me wrong. There are reasons for them. If you have an infection, you need an antibiotic. I can’t say enough about what they’ve done with the COVID vaccines. Whether you agree with it or not, they really came through for this country.
But here’s the fact, pharmaceutical companies are making more money from you getting sicker and our government allows this to happen. That’s why I’m sitting here. Why I’m taking the time to talk about boron and other natural supplements that can replace your insets and pain pills. If you don’t ever take a Joint Nutra Care pill, that’s fine with me. But at least start taking these other supplements. Just order the bottle of Boron, Collagen Type Two, or Boswellia Serrata Extract. You can find those separately, start doing something. It will make a difference. The research and information are out there.
Boron And How It Can Help You
Most of us don’t have the time to look it up. With that being said, I’m going to get off of my soap box a little bit and dig into boron and how it can help you. Boron is naturally occurring and is needed by plants and animals. It is only found in soil and is absorbed by the plants. Then we get it into our bodies by eating those plants or through extra supplementation.
Here’s what’s going on across the world. Boron levels in the soil are becoming deficient. As a result, we’re getting less and less boron in our diets. Boron has been shown to reduce inflammation, arthritis, and the incidence of cancer. It improves wound healing, hormone levels, antioxidants, strengthens and grows bones, improves brain activity and performance, lowers the risk of stroke and heart attack, along with strengthening your immune system.
There is a lot of articles out there and we will post some of the links to them. But in these research articles on boron, they found areas where boron intake was less than one milligram a day incidence of arthritis was between 20%-70%. 20%-70% of those people who were not taking enough boron were getting arthritis. Areas where boron intake was between a 3–10 milligram range, the incidence of arthritis was less than 10%.
Australian Study
An Australian study showed 71% of those with mild to medium arthritis lowered their pain levels stopped and taking their non-steroidal anti-inflammatories within eight weeks of using boron. 78% of those with mild to medium arthritis improved their mobility and flexibility within eight weeks of using boron supplements. Now, 75% of those in the same study who are classified as severe arthritis, stopped taking their NSAID’s within eight weeks. 63% of those in this study with severe arthritis improved their mobility and flexibility within eight weeks of taking boron.
You guys, this is huge. This is shows that boron is proven to help those with arthritis, plus all of the other health benefits. It’s natural. It has no side effects and it’s inexpensive.
